Tri-GAS
As the electrical engineer of record for this air separation plant, JLRD integrated various building systems, 15kv power distribution and industrial lighting for this plant expansion.


Palm Beach County Resource Recovery
This 30,000 s.f. warehouse, visitor center, and vehicle fueling area and expansion of the plant's infrastructure design elements were closely coordinated with the plant operations staff.


NASA - RLV Hangar
This 3 building complex is used to support the next generation reusable launch vehicle. This 100,000 sf hanger utilizes a full coverage deluge fire protection system.


NASA - Industrial Area Chiller Plant
JLRD preformed design for this building expansion, in addition to the 7,500 tons of chilled water capacity that was added to the existing industrial area chiller plant utilizing primary, secondary, and tertiary pumping schemes.


Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department - Customer Service
This facility serves dual functions as a customer service and central dispatch 24-hour data center for all of Palm Beach County.


Miami GSA Energy Audit
JLRD performed an energy analysis as a consultant to FPL for over one million square feet of governmental office space in Miami.

NASA OSB II Telecom
JLRD was selected as the telecommunications consultant for the design of structured cabling for telephone and computer networks in this new 200,000 s.f. facility at Launch Complex 39, Kennedy Space Center.


NASA Vehicle Assembly Building
Moderization and consolidation of the medium and low voltage power distribution effected the replacement of 100+ panels and 12 substations with remote monitoring and control.


NASA Launch Control Center
JLRD designed the complete replacement of all lighting, and installation of a new fire protection system throughout this building at Kennedy Space Center.


NASA Orbiter Processing Facility (OPF)
JLRD is currently designing the replacement of power unit substations to serve this facility that prepares the shuttle for upcoming missions.
